Dear Steve and Pauline: I thought I would take a few minutes to formally thank you for recommending "Rolls Royce" (German Shepherd) and "Red" (Doberman) for our home. The integration into my household was painless mostly because you and Pauline took the time to question our lifestyle and then match the dog(s) to our level of activity and needs. Also contributing to the success of the integration of the dogs into the household was the time you spent with us on the day of each delivery and the subsequent follow-up phone calls, you made, to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions we had. I think another important aspect of your successful placements is the fact that your dogs have been socialized with other species of animals as well as other dogs. My 10 year old cat "Little Guy" was leery of the dogs; however, as you stated prior to delivery, they never harassed her. They also do not challenge any visiting dogs my friends bring over. As you know, "Rolls Royce" arrived six months before "Red" and I was concerned whether they would fight over food, with each other, or for my attention. As promised, it never happened because, in my opinion, you skillfully selected and recommended "Red" because you knew their personalities would complement each other. I purchased a new house; the former owners had installed a security system which I only turn on if I leave with the dogs. When we're home, I never turn on the system. Who needs a security system with a loyal Shepherd and a protective Doberman by your side? Thanks for caring about your placements and, if you ever want to use me as a reference, don't hesitate.
